JUMBO CORNBURGER

1 pound ground beef

1 egg, slightly beaten

1/2 cup seasoned tomato sauce

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

Dash of Pepper

   Combine beef, egg, sauces and seasonings; spread half of mixture in an 8- inch shallow round dish.

FILLING

 2 cup whole-kernel corn, drained

 1/2 cup medium coarse cracker crumbs

1 egg, slightly beaten

1/4 cup green pepper, diced

 1/4 cup onion, chopped

2 Tablespoon Pimento, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon sage

1/2 cup sharp process cheese, shredded 

    Combine all ingredients except cheese; spoon over meat. Cover with remaining meat mixture. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese during last 5 minutes baking. Garnish with parsley if desired. 

YIELD: 6 Servings
