KRAUT A LA CHOPS

6 pork chops

3 Tablespoon flour

3 cup water

1/4 cup vinegar

 1/2 cup brown sugar

1 can sauerkraut

   Fry chops until golden brown; remove chops. Pour off excess fat; make gravy by adding flour to 3 Tablespoons fat in frying pan. Remove from heat; add water gradually, stirring until smooth. Cook until thickened. Add vinegar and sugar; stir in kraut. Put in casserole ; top with chops. Bake at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD: 6 Servings
