MARY ' S TURKEY TETRAZZINI

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

1/4 cup flour

2 cup turkey broth or gravy

1 Tablespoon onion, grated

1 cup light cream or evaporated milk

Salt and pepper

2 cup cooked turkey, diced

1 ( 8 oz) package spaghetti

1/2 cup cheese, grated

   Melt butter ; add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Stir in flour,; add broth, onion and cream. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Season to taste. In a buttered 2- quart casserole put Sprinkle with cheese. alternate layers of spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms sauce, finishing with this layer of spaghetti. Bake at 400.F. degrees for 20 minutes.

YIELD: 5-6 Servings
