STUFFED MEAT ROLL

4 Tablespoon margarine

2 teaspoon onion

4 cup soft bread crumbs

1/2 cup celery, finely diced

2 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper

1 pound ground bee

 1/4 cup milk

   Melt butter; add onion and cook until tender but not brown. Add bread crumbs, celery, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper ; mix lightly. Combine beef, milk and remaining salt. Into meat mixture, add one cup of stuffing ; place meat mixture on waxed paper and pat into a rectangle. Spread remaining stuffing and roll like a jelly roll. Place in shallow pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD:  4-6 Servings
