TURKEY TETRAZZINI

4 Tablespoon butter or fat

1 medium onion, chopped

1/2 cup celery, chopped

2 cup turkey, cut in strips

6 oz uncooked thin spaghetti

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 cup turkey broth

1 ( 4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

 Paprika

   Place electric skillet on 225 F. degrees or place over low heat. Melt butter; add onion and celery and cook until clear. Arrange turkey in layer ; add spaghetti. Mix salt, pepper, chicken soup and broth ; pour over spaghetti. Place mushrooms over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika. Cover , cook for 35 minutes.

YIELD: 4-6 Servings
