VEAL DELIGHT

 1 pound thinly sliced veal

2 Tablespoon butter or margarine

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

2 Tablespoon chopped celery

2 Tablespoon chopped green pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

1 bay leaf

1 ( 10 3/4 oz)can beef gravy

1/4 cup sour cream

Buttered cooked noodles

    Brown veal in butter. Add onion, celery, green peper, garlic, bay leaf and gravy. Cook, covered, over low heat about 30 minutes. Stir in sour cream just before serving. Serve with noodles.

YIELD: 4  Servings
