VEAL GOULASH IN RICE RING

1/4 cup butter

2 cup onion, chopped

 3 cup cooked veal

3 beef bouillon cubes

1 1/2 cup hot water

1/2 cup chili sauce

4 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon caraway seed

1/2 teaspoon marjoram

Pepper

1/3 cup cold water

 2 Tablespoon flour

   Melt butter in skillet; add onion and cook until almost tender, about 4 minutes. Add veal and cook until lightly browned. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Add bouillon, chili sauce, paprika, caraway seed , marjoram and pepper to skillet; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Blend together cold water and flour; stir into skillet and cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve in rice ring.

YIELD:  6 Servings
