ASPARAGUS - CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE

2 cup creamettes

1 can mushroom soup

3 Tablespoon butter

3 Tablespoon flour

3 cup milk

1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, chopped

1 can corned beef, finely chopped

2 No. 2 cans asparagus, drained

 1 can pimento

Mushrooms ( optional)

Potato chips , crushed

   Cook creamettes in unsalted boiling water '; drain. Add mushroom soup ; heat until blended. Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Add cheese; let melt. Arrange layers of creamettes, corned beef, asparagus, pimento and mushrooms in a greased casserole. Pour sauce over casserole ; top with potato chipes. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 40-50 minutes. 

YIELD : 15 Servings
