CLAM PIE

1 ( 9 inch ) pie crust, unbaked

1 1/2 cup mashed potatoes

1 cup chopped onions, cooked

1 cup minced clams, drained

12 hard- cooked eggs, chopped

Clam juice

  in uncooked pie crust layer potatoes, onions ,clams chopped eggs and clam juice. Repeat layers twice, ending with eggs and juice. Cover with vented top crust. Bake at 450 F. degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 F. degrees bake 1 hour.

YIELD : 8 Servings
