HANDY HAM CASSEROLE

1 1/4 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup bean liquid
1/2 cup spam
Onion
4 hard- cooked eggs, chopped
1 can lima beans, drained
 Cornflakes
  Make white sauce by blending butter, flour and salt with bean liquid. Grind meat with a little onion. Mix meat, eggs and beans. Alternate layers of meat mixture and sauce in casserole. Top with cornflakes. Bake at 350 F. degrees about 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
YIELD: 6 Servings
