PENNIES FROM HEAVEN CASSEROLE

4 large potatoes, sliced
1 teaspoon onion, minced
1 teaspoon sweet peppers flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound wieners, sliced
1 can condensed cream oof celery soup
1 can milk
Cook potatoes , onion, and sweet pepper flakes in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain, saving liquid. Place layers of potatoes, wieners and soup mixed with milk in a buttered casserole. Add more milk or reserved liquid until it may be seen through the top layer. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft. NOTE : If desired, frozen peas, beans, carrots or mixed vegetables may be added.
YIELD: 6-8 Servings
