UPSIDE-DOWN CRAM MEAT CORN BREAD

1 cup crab meat, flaked

1/3 cup mushrooms

2 cup cooked mixed vegables

1/4 cup ripe olives, sliced

Dash of pepper

1/8 teaspoon salt

Dash of paprika

1 can condensed Cheese soup

1/4 cup flour

3/4 cup cornmeal

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 Tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon soda

3/4 cup sour milk

1 1/2 Tablespoon butter, melted

   Mix together crab meat, mushrooms , vegetables and olives. Add pepper , salt and paprika. Combine mixture with the cheese soup in a buttered casserole. Combine flour, corn meal, baking powder , sugar, salt and soda. Add sour milk ; stir in the melted butter and mix until smooth. Pour over top of meat-vegetable mixture. Bake at 325 F. degrees for 30 minutes or until corn bread is done. Invert on a plate for servings.

YIELD : 6-8 Servings
