YANKEE RED FLANNEL HASH

1 1/2 cup canned or cooked corned beef, finely chopped

3 cup cooked potatoes, finely chopped

1 1/2 cup cooked  or canned beets, finely chopped

1/3 cup onions, finely chopped

1/3 cup milk

1 teaspoon salt

Few drops of Tabasco sauce

3-4 Tablespoon fat

  Toss together all ingredients lightly except fat ; season to taste. Melt fat in skillet ; spread hash evenly over bottom of skillet. Cook over medium heat until under side is brown and crusty. Top with onion rings. Bake at 275 F. degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm from oven.

YIELD : 4 Servings
