Ice Cube Punch

 This is the last Recipe from this cookbook                                               ICE CUBE PUNCH    Soak 1 envelope plain gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Dissolve 1 cup hot water and then add 2 cups sugar. Heave Ready :    2 cup pineapple juice                                     1/2 cup orange juice   juice of 2 lemons        Add 3 cups cold water. Pour into gelatin mixture. Put into ice cube trays and freeze. When ready to serve, fill glass with cubes and fill with ginger ale.

   Another Great Recipe from this cookbook...Did you know that instead of buying noodles from the store to put in let's say chicken and dumplings or any other noodle type dish, your grandma made her own...                                     Homemade Noodles 1 egg                                                   1/2 teaspoon salt about 2/3 cup sifted all-purpose flour    Beat eggs,then add the salt and enough flour to make a very stiff dough. Knead on a floured board for 3 or 4 minutes. Then roll out in a very thin sheet. Cover with a towel and let stand about 20 minutes. Then roll up as you would a jelly roll, cut into thin strips.
